Challenge

As a startup that combines technology and fashion, most customers come to 30Shine by booking a haircut on the website 30Shine.com. However, on the old website, users will lose a lot of time as well as generate a lot of errors in the process, leading to an imperfect and annoying experience.

With its experience, tmrw redesigned the entire process and UX of the booking and account management flow on the 30Shine website, thereby contributing to the development of a technology startup in Vietnam.
